We will meet for 50 minutes once a week in a calm and confidential space. Simply send a message, and I will personally get back to you within a day.
Fees
First consultation: £35
Full hourly session: £60
Lower rates are offered for students and those on low incomes.
Please pay via bank transfer before or on the day of your appointment.
I review my rates once a year and provide 30 days of notice before any price updates.

Endings
Endings are part of the work rather than separate from it. Like everything in life, therapy will eventually come to an end, which can evoke strong emotions.
Our time together lasts for as long as you find it meaningful, whether that is months or years. You are always in control of when we stop.
Where possible I would invite us to make room to reflect on our work together and say our goodbyes.
